The Arrow Program in Australia is for leaders aged 25-40 and has four residentials; leading self, leading teams, leading organisations, and leading evangelism.

Arrow in Indonesia is for leaders aged 25-40 and has six residentials; two on leading self, two on leading teams, two on leading organisations, and a leading evangelism track that spans the entire two year program.

Arrow is about leadership development, focusing on church and para-church organisation leaders. It is a transformative process that explores character, call and competence in the context of a Christian community.

Arrow NZ offers a dynamic leadership enhancement programme to develop and network young Christian leaders from ministries and churches. Our mentor-based programme takes emerging leaders from faith communities on a profound journey.
